Background
Chris Kane is a certified family law mediator and AV* rated collaborative lawyer who works with clients to achieve Win-Win” outcomes in uncontested divorces. As a former litigator, Chris knows too well the financial costs and emotional toll of courtroom outcomes.
Chris helps spouses and couples navigate the path of cooperative divorce–guiding them in designing and implementing a mediation or collaborative divorce process that meets the couple’s needs and budget.
Chris is certified as an Advanced Family Law Section Practitioner by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), formerly known as the Academy of Family Mediators.
